Yes. About half our clients are based elsewhere in the UK, and we have worked with two companies in Ireland. All meetings happen over video call, and we can visit your office for workshops if needed.

What happens after you write to us
When your enquiry arrives, it goes directly to one of our project leads, not a sales team. Within one working day you will receive a reply that either asks clarifying questions or proposes a 45-minute discovery call. There is no cost for that initial conversation.
During the call we will discuss your data situation, the business problem you want to solve, and any constraints around budget or timeline. If we think AI is the wrong tool for your problem, we will tell you. We have turned down projects before and recommended simpler alternatives that saved clients tens of thousands of pounds.
After the call, if both sides want to proceed, we draft a scope document within five working days. The scope document includes deliverables, milestones, estimated hours and a fixed price for the agreed work. You review it, ask questions, and sign when you are ready. No hidden fees appear later.

What if our data is messy or incomplete?
Most real-world data is. Our feasibility audit will tell you exactly how much cleanup is needed and whether the gaps are fixable. In some cases we handle the data engineering ourselves; in others we work alongside your existing data team.
How do you handle confidential data?
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA. We can work inside your infrastructure so data never leaves your network, or we can use encrypted cloud environments with access controls you define. We hold Cyber Essentials certification.
Can we start with a small pilot before committing to a full project?
Absolutely. Our Starter plan is designed for exactly this. It gives you a proof-of-concept model within four weeks so you can evaluate results before scaling up.
